Do you have any retail locations?

No, we do not have any retail location.

Can you give me any more information on a product?

We try to give as much information as possible about all our products including the color, materials and of course plenty of images.

Are the pictures shown on the site an accurate representation of the actual product?

During the photography process, we try to ensure that the images you see online are as close to the real thing as possible. It’s worth noting that all monitors have different color settings so use the zoom functionality to get a close-up view of the items and check the product description for more information.

I've found the product I want but cannot select my size.

This usually means we are out of stock in that size.

How Do I Know What Size to Order?

Each product lists the measurement in inches and centimeters for each available size.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, every product has a metric (cm) and imperial (in) size chart on the product page.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Hover over the quantity on the item(s) you will like to remove from your shopping cart and use the down arrow to get to ‘0’ or simply click on ‘Remove’. This will remove the item from you shopping cart.

How do I proceed through the Check Out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button. This takes you to the “Contact Information” page. After providing your contact information and shipping address, click on “Continue to Shipping”. Check your “Contact” and “Ship to” information before you “Continue to Payment”. Provide Payment Information and click on “Review Order” to check your order before you finalize your purchase.

When will be items be shipped?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

- Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, we do ship almost anywhere in the world.

When will I receive my products?

Most clothing items should be received within 1-2 weeks

of your order date. This may take a little longer depending on where you are located.

Where are your products shipped from?

Although we are located in Germany, our fulfillment houses are located in the US, Europe and Mexico.

Will my products be delivered in one package?

For logistical reasons, products purchased at the same time can sometimes be

sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Explain the size guide at the bottom of the product?

Each product has "Length" & "Width" measurements in inches and centimeters. The "Body Length" measurement is the distance in inches or centimeters from the shoulder seam all the way down to the bottom of the product. The "Body Width" measurement is the distance in inches or centimeters from the seam under the sleeve across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

How can I ensure that I order the right size?

Place the end of a tape measure beside the collar at the top of the product and measure to the bottom. Then place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve. Check your length and width against the size guide of the product in question.
